Check-out a Hose Meter and Learn About Other Drought Survival Tools – Visit Austin Public Library’s Windsor Park Branch on Saturday, August 25th from 2:00 to 4:00 pm to check-out a hose meter and learn about other drought survival tools offered by Austin Water. Austin Water representatives will be handing out free soil moisture meters, Treegator irrigation bags, and other tools to help you save water in your household.
